Resilient Minds: Christ Centered Mental Health Curriculum promotes mental wellness rooted in Christ. It covers twelve lessons, four pages each, covering various mental health topics. Each lesson opens with Scripture, then provides interactive charts and questions, insightful graphics, and tips for mental wellness. With lesson content created and vetted by leaders in Christian higher education and a licensed mental health counselor, Resilient Minds seeks to promote wellness in all aspects of students’ lives. Currently available for grades 5–8, Resilient Minds covers topics such as anxiety, emotions, Christian identity, and resiliency. By helping your students build up resilient minds, they’ll be strong and well-equipped for the future.
Faith in an Anxious World: A Four-Week High School Curriculum is a research-based resource for everyday leaders and parents. This 4-week curriculum series will empower you with language and tools to respond to young people in your care, linking anxiety and depression with conversations about discipleship and faithful living. Together you’ll reflect on New Testament stories that guide us in an anxious world. Each lesson includes a comprehensive teaching script, presentation slides, video discussion started and more.
How can a church become a sanctuary—a place where individuals living with mental health challenges feel safe, supported, and a sense of belonging? The Sanctuary Course was created to inspire and equip communities of faith that are asking this important question. Developed in consultation with mental health professionals, theologians, and people with lived experience, this eight-session study guide explores key mental health topics and examines meaningful ways to offer companionship, support recovery, and promote wellbeing. The Sanctuary Course is for any adult who wants to learn about faith and mental health. It requires no previous training or expertise—just a willingness to engage in dialogue with other believers.
Spiritual First Aid training teaches frontline peer-to-peer spiritual and emotional care and trauma-informed best practices through proven step-by-step BLESS CPR helping framework. You can learn through in-person or livestream workshops, through self-paced on demand course, or through a group study program. Programs are typically 7 to 9 hours total and are Biblically informed, research informed, and trauma informed.
